“What a rooster!! Great quality meat and the taste was fantastic! This is about the 3rd time we have ordered our Xmas bird from you. Once again the quality was excellent! I made gravy with the giblets and stock for soup with the carcass so nothing leftover 😊”

“A stunning turkey delivered in perfect condition. Our third year buying our Christmas bird and we'll be back. Really tasty, moist meat. Still have a couple of meals to go. So impressed we buy our chicken throughout the year and will never buy supermarket chicken again. Highly recommended.”

“This is The second time we’ve had out turkey from Herb Fed. The family love it! Followed the recipe card and Xmas lunch went well. Easy to order and collect. So very flavoursome. We collected ourselves lovely staff.”

“First of all I do need to say I do not generally leave reviews. However, on this occasion it would be churlish not to. I was recommended Herb Fed Limited by a close friend with a specific recommendation in terms of the quality of the poultry and overall service. I was not disappointed that’s for sure. I ordered a Rooster for Christmas. The process to order and ongoing information regarding the order was excellent as was the Rooster. The quality was superb, with the flavour excellent. I will indeed be ordering a Rooster again for next year! Before that, I do think I should try the chicken breasts. Thank you Herb Fed Limited”

“Herd fed poultry is a real treat. I only eat meat occasionally so I make sure it's worth eating. I discovered herb fed chickens a few years ago and have since also bought cockerels at Christmas which are as close to the capons we used to have as a child. Well worth every penny”

“That was the first time in over 60 years of cooking chicken that we have come across, let alone ordered, a rooster crown. It was so good, not just the quality but it went on and on. OK we are very OAPs so we eat less but we started eating it on Christmas Day and it has featured in every main meal since then and today the 29th December we will be freezing some leftovers. Well done the herb fed family! We will soon be ordering more of your lovely food. Thank you.”

“This was the first time we used herb fed turkeys for Christmas and we were really impressed. The quality of the meat was excellent with an awesome flavour. The turkey came exactly when we needed it in order to prepare for Christmas. We will certainly be using them next year.”
