“This was an order for 5 knives. It was dispatched the same day. Absolutely brilliant service. The courier, pdp informed me that they were going to deliver them the next day. Again, fantastic! Their driver texted me that he was just one stop away. Unfortunately, whilst I waited in anticipation, I received another text to say he was sorry he'd missed me. I was there and waiting. I phoned head office immediately and was told that no way would the driver return that day. I was promised a manager would ring me back within two hours but nobody phoned. They were delivered the next day in the pouring rain. The package was wet through. Exactly the same thing happened on my previous Hennie Haynes delivery by pdp. Their app showed they were just a few stops away followed by a text 'sorry we missed you'. Hennie Haynes are terrific and great to buy from. I just wish they used different couriers. This is NOT a reflection on Hennie Haynes who I recommend totally, I'm just annoyed at how awful dps couriers are!”

“Decided to purchase from Heinnie Haynes due to their Trustpilot reviews, so glad I did. My purchase could be found elsewhere a lot cheaper, but you get what you pay for. The website is easy to follow and ordering simple. I had a few problems with the age verification process, not unusual for me, as I do not have all the 'toilet paper' required and it would not allow the purchase to go through, I rang Heinnie and spoke to Nick, who sent an email with a link so I could do the process through them, it worked. Nick even rang me back to say that they had everything they needed and my purchase was on its way. The order even arrived earlier than expected. A few reviews on here mention problems with delivery, Heinnie make it clear on their website that delivery has to be made, 'hand to hand', DPD placed the order in my hands, took his picture and left, no problems at all. Heinnie Haynes provide a trustworthy, reliable service where nothing is too much trouble and a real person on the end of the telephone to sort out any problems that may occur. Would highly recommend.”

“I bought a torch as a gift for my husband and Heinnie Haynes was the only company in the UK that stocked the colour he wanted. This was the first time I knew about this company but they were easy to order from online, you can chose the delivery type and my order arrived very well packaged and was delivered much quicker than I expected - top marks all round and highly recommended”

“Placed my order at an inopportune time, last thing on a Friday night but my items still reached me in the back of beyond by Tuesday. Exemplary service which should serve as an example to all other online retailers. Benchmade Freek in M4 arrived shaving sharp, well centered and dropping shut and is proving to be an excellent all rounder. The Samura chopper has yet to be fully deployed in anger but several primals are quivering in the chill at the prospect and it has already seen off some less worthy opponents(cabbages,coconuts, rib sections) with ease. Thanks Heinnie.”
