“I wasnt happy with the delivery and forgetting to put the orders i paid for.The refusal by staff to give a goodwill gesture for mistakes made in the order. Lack of freezer packs in orders when delivered and its totally thawed which is dangerous.No answering of phone line and answering only of emails at leisure”

“This year qurbani meat has been a disaster. The lamb meat is so tough… meat not cut properly, not not taken off… too many trimmings (which last year they send as mince). A bit disappointed on the quality of this year’s (2021) qurbani meat 😔 Friends and family had the same to say.”
