“My review will be about two parts first the customer service and delivery :- I had a problem with the delivery courier but the great thing was the customer service dealing with it as well and it was on time when we agreed on redelivery & I got an hour notification time slot , i haven’t found yet this option with any other websites , it’s saving a lot of time for anyone who experienced wasting the whole day waiting for a delivery will know what I mean This was my second experience my first was once the website lunched I was like order number 77 when I ordered this time they were totally different a faster update regarding the out of stock items , quick solutions for my problem 2nd The products experience :- all looked nice ,fresh colour , good packaging and for what I have cooked till now ( the beef shin & flat iron steak both was amazing ) beef shin will be always one of my order items”
