“The website was clear and easy to navigate. There was a little confusion on my side on what the +3 days for turkey orders meant, which resulted in a little to-ing and fro-ing with customer service but who were helpful and were happy for me to arrange substitute items on my order rather than cancel and start all over again. Delivery was prompt and well packaged, and all items of a good quality. Minor gripes would be; the chicken breast could be a little better cut and prepared by the butcher as there were small bones still in there, the sliced beef and sliced turkey didn't look quite like the pictures on the site which was a little disappointing. All in all healthy-halal.co.uk was a good experience for us, and a great help to have items delivered rather than travelling an hour for halal meat. Will be ordering again if the prices stay competitive and will take advantage of any offers and discounts”

“Absolutely flawless service and great quality flavoursome meat. The whole delivery process was so smooth and efficient with next day delivery (so convenient!) being arranged through a courier (DPD for us) and a tracking link being given immediately. We were also given a 1 hour slot on the morning of the delivery day. The packing was done perfectly in a large box, the meat wrapped in insulating metallic packaging with ice packs galore inside. Each meat pack was cling film wrapped several times securely. Literally as I was unpacking it, I received a call from the company to confirm all was well and to answer any of my questions. They confirmed their meat was grass fed and from a British Certified Abattoir. Finally to top all of this (which seemed impossible at this point) I discovered a complementary pack of Lebanese Chicken Wings (pre-marinated) The beef mince made we had today as Bolognese sauce was worlds away from our local halal butcher, and the other meats we've tried were clearly superb quality. Took the time to write this review because of their great service and amazing meat.”
