“I placed an order and there was an issue with delivery. After going back and forth with a vey unhelpful customer service agent, I am still without my goods or money. Not even a refund minus the delivery cost. I was told I would be called by the manager, but never received a call. This was all over one month ago and nothing yet. Very disappointed.”

“Generally, I was pleased with the delivery and meat quality. Only issue I would raise was that I requested medium cut steaks, as I was told these would yield about 5 steaks/kg but of the 4KG I ordered, 1 was cut into 2 pieces, another in 4 and so on. I was hoping they would be similar in weight so planning my meals would be easier. The beef strips were more beef chunks. Quite thickly cut. This issue is mostly a convenience factor rather than something that would stop me using them again. I was really happy with the quality of the meat and the service overall.”
