“I have ordered four times from healthy halal online and the quality of the grass fed lamb and beef is very good, however I am disappointed that grass fed beef or lamb stock bones are not available for sale. Due to this, I have to order from an alternative supplier who have a minimum £75 order limit, if healthy halal online could sell stock bones I would be able to source all my needs from them and they would earn more from my custom. Unfortunately Customer service aren’t very helpful at answering queries or being helpful.”

“Have ordered from Healthy halal three times now. The first time was quite alright but we hadn't tried lamb and mutton. The next two times we could barely use the lamb it wasn't cut right at all. It was like somebody had just thrown it into the grinder. There were also small bony particles which aren't good at all. It's not a totally bad company and their packing is also quite good and helps to freeze the meat. After the first meat was delivered defrosted and warm due to lack of ice packs they sent me a replacement package for those very promptly. But unfortunately, we will not be ordering from them again due to the poor technique of cutting the mutton and lamb.”
