“This is a fantastic brand. They have great customer service and offer really high quality produce. I live that they have lots of variety and various flavours from across the world so you don't get bored. My only complaint would be that it can be expensive, but I take full advantage of their sale items which makes up for it. Their new vacuum sealed packaging makes things even better, as it's less messy and easier to dispose of.”

“Ordering to service was all really simple and beyond expectations. Unfortunately we had some damage to the box due to which some ice she were torn and one product missing. But I sent an email to customer services and it was dealt with immediately and again well above expectation. It was my first time ordering through family referral and I can confidently say il be sticking to ordering all poultry with healthy halal. Meat quality is amazing.”

“I have been ordering from them for a while now and the meat is of good quality but the delivery is always delayed or only partially fulfilled. Some items are almost always missing from the box when it arrives. When you complain to Amira or one of the other customer service staff, they just brush you off. It's super annoying”
