“We have to downgrade the rating. It seems the quality has deteriorated over time. Chickens are not cleaned properly. Found lots of trace of feathers on the skin, especially on the legs. Perhaps the chickens are not throughly examined after the plucking process. We like to eat chicken skin, so we wouldn't want to order chicken without skin.”

“Mixed up orders which led to delay in and changes in previously agreed date of delivery. Problem is no one even bothered to explain reason for the delay or give me an option online to chose my new date of delivery, you just chose for me. I had to call many times until finally someone got back to me with an explaination on the day I was expecting my delivery.”

“The produce that we get from here is always fresh and well packed. I have no faults to the quality and they way it’s all packaged up for delivery. The only thing for me is that price with products are sometimes 2 twice the f what they are in regular shops. We all want to have the ease of eating halal meat but somethings it feeling like a burden as we have to shell out more money then other people. Other then that I will use this site as I want my halal meat but we will be grateful and pleased if the prices are reviewed.”
