“Excellent quality meat. All our local butchers in Birmingham you'd think the Chicken breast is of good quality, it has been like rubber. Which lead us to search for tender, soft Chicken breast and we found at healthy halal. So happy that the fat was cleaned off the breast. The chicken mince was excellent quality again not full of fat. This is our regular butcher now. The meat lives up to their name Heathly halal. Very nice beef stakes too!”
