“I ordered from here once, and plan on ordering again. Website Design: I ordered through my mobile, and thankfully it is optimised very well for that. Payment wasn't difficult either through a local card. Pricing: Reasonable. Look out for the sales. Delivery: Well packaged, containing gel packs to keep the meat cold. Items: As advertised on the website. Delicious. I had the half chicken and masala ribs. Can be used for multiple meals.”

“I like the quality of the products and the delivery service, I have always received them in good condition and on time. However, the customer communication is a bit poor. For example, if an item is out of stock after you make an order, you never get notified about this or receive a refund until YOU e-mail them to ask about this. Also, I only received one item the previous time I purchased a BUY 1 GET 1 FREE item and I never received the free item.. When I e-mailed them about this, all I received was an apology and promise to deliver me on my next purchase which didn't happen. I think communication services need to get improved.”
