“I cannot belive the difference the calibration made to my TV. Vincent was really professional and explained everything in great detail. I mainly use my TV for gaming and I cannot tell you the difference my PS4 Pro games with HDR look like! The colours and depth are mesmerising and I would highly recommend this to anyone who has spent a large amount on a TV to get the full benefits. Thanks Vincent will definitely consider you the next time I upgrade. However, unfortunately this will not be anytime soon as you have done to much of a perfect job :)”

“Vincent was on time and kept me informed about his arrival as he was doing other customers tv,s in the area, we had a short discussion about my viewing arrangement that I normally watch tv in, weather I had main lighting on in room or watched in reduced lighting in room. Once he had set up his equipment we spoke about what adjustments that I may have made to the settings and what I felt was lacking in the picture Vincent then started to adjust the picture using a software program on his laptop all the time explaining and showing me what he was doing . He was constantly going back and forwards between his adjusted picture and the original settings that I had, once all the adjustments had been put in we sat and watched a blue ray and compared the original settings and his calibrated ones. I contacted Vincent a while back as I knew I could get a far better picture than I was currently watching I'm more than pleased with the results the blacks are far better and have more detail in them colours are great I use my Apple TV for most of my movies which are only in 1080hd quality but the picture is far far better now. I think Im currently getting the best picture possible with the tv that I have which is a edge lit led type I can recommend getting your tv calibrated and would say Vincent does a very good job... Highly recommend his services and ile be using him again in the future Gaz”

“Well Vincent came today and Calibrated my 58DX902 for SDR Day, Night and HDR settings. He certainly knows everything about this Tv. He explained everything he was doing and why. I really can't believe the difference in the picture quality. I was very impressed what Vincent has done. He saved my old settings on custom on flicked between the Calibrated setting to show me the difference. The difference was massive, my old settings which was professional 1 had too much green. In the calibrated settings he managed to get all the colours equal so it looks so natural and vibrant while keep excellent black levels. I would differently recommend Vincent from HDTV test who Calibrated my TV.”

“I saw Vincent's demos on UTube, and found the one on getting the LG OLED 55E6V safely out of its packaging to be very helpful - much easier to follow than the somewhat cryptic pictograms on the outside of the box! I also watched Vincent's video on calibrating the TV to be very interesting. Although some of the content was above my head, Vincent's illustrated narrative was clear, logical and highly persuasive. For this reason, I contacted Vincent and booked a calibration session with him. As other reviewers have commented, Vincent's approach is to explain why he does what he does, to show you clearly what he is doing, and to demonstrate the effect of any changes he makes. Let me emphasize that Vincent's calibration of my LG OLED 55E6V has turned an excellent TV into the very best way possible for me to watch SD, HD, BluRay and 4K. Although at first glance, you may feel the charge for Vincent to bring his gear to your home is expensive, you should be reassured that the service Vincent provides is worth every penny - your TV will be transformed in terms of the clarity of the image, the balance of the colours, rendition of the skin tones, depth of focus, etc, etc!”

“Recently Vincent came to calibrate my 55" LG oled TV. He arrived on time & made a start calibrating my TV straight away. I found Vincent to be very polite and knowledgeable about all aspects of the service he was providing. He explained everything as he went & was more than happy to answer any questions I had. The results of the calibration were excellent. The TV picture is now a lot sharper not as excessively bright & no longer has any slight ghosting around the edges of things. Minor pixelation issues have gone too. Vincent was able to show me a before & after picture of my TV picture once the calibration was completed. I didn't realise how poor my original TV set up was until I seen the calibrated result. Before he left, Vincent ensured that I was happy with everything he had done & offered to alter anything if I wasn't happy with any single aspect of it. No need, the calibration had done its job!!”

“I have been a keen TV enthusiast for many years now and have previously used other calibrators. I have been a fan of Vincents work since HDTVTEST.CO.UK was started and upon buying my Samsung KS8000, I wanted someone of his calibre to get the best from it. I was adamant that I could see an excess of red and was losing detail in areas through clipping and crushing. Vincent sat down with me and allowed me to watch in real-time how he got the best from my set up. I was right about the red (always had a good eye) and now my TV just looks so natural and perfect. HDR is beautiful and even SDR looks great. I will always come back to Vincent for as long as he does this. He has the know how, experience and equipment to bring a picture to life. Even off axis viewing looks great. 10/10.”

“I have had my OLED TV for over a year now (LG 55EG920) and have fiddled with the settings for a lot of that time. I tried many forum settings and eventually settled on what I thought was the best picture. After getting a UHD player and trying some disks I wasn't happy with the picture and so contacted Vincent to come and set up my TV. I was a little sceptical that the price was going to be worth it but the results definitely have been. My picture is hugely improved across all mediums I watch on my TV, not just the UHD disks. Vincent really knows his stuff and understood my set and how to maximise the picture for different viewing. So if you are thinking of taking the plunge then I would say go for it.”

“Vincent strikes again. When he calibrated my Panasonic ZT he improved what I thought was an excellent picture. So when I bought an LGOled 65GV He had to be called again, and again he improved what already was stunning picture. if you own a high end tv like the one above calibration is a must and Vincent Toeh of HDTVTEST is the man to call”

“Vincent just calibrated my LG55E6V. I was very happy with all aspects of his visit. I thought some of it could be smoke and mirrors- I was wrong. I copied advance settings available on any good you tube video clip to get me going. Vincent showed and explained everything and I could see clearly that my settings were no where near what they could be. My technical friend who was a VP for Sony was very impressed and was familiar with some of the equipment. What I hadn't realised was the overall cost of the equipment. A very large investment!! Which of course is one of the reasons why he charges the price he does, which when you take this and his expertise into concideration, is somewhat of a bargain . I can strongly recommend. Why buy a brilliant TV and not watch it on the best settings available?”

“Vincent was calibrating a new LG E6, with which I had been pretty happy when it came out of the box. However he not only improved it, but explained both how and why the improvements could be achieved. He was very thorough in his explanations, while ensuring that it was a collaborative process. I was very impressed by him and by his passion for his work, and, as someone who works in Film and TV Production myself, by his dedication to achieving the look that the film maker intended.”

“On first switching on the LG OLED I was presented with such an array of adjustments all very good you might think but unless you know exactly what you are doing you are better leaving well alone. I did do some adjustments which quite honestly was a bad move. I had read Vincents articles on his website so decided to use his services. After all if you have paid a lot of money for the television you want it performing to it's full capabilities. Vincent arrived on time and asked questions about our viewing criterea. He explains the full process as he is making the adjustments. This I found refreshing as usually technicians do not want to tell you what they are doing or if they do 'blind you with science' not Vincent he wants to make sure you are comfortable with the process. In my opinion it is money well spent and if you just switch on out of the box you are not getting the full potential of your set. The choice is yours but I don't think you will regret it.”

“I'm so pleased with the whole experience. Vincent was very pleasant and kept me updated prior to his arrival. When he arrived he took the time to explain what he was doing and how the adjustments could improve the picture. I was very interested actually. Maybe a career in calibration lies ahead for me (joke)! When all was done the improvement was obvious. Skin tones were rendered superbly and grey scale is no longer tinted. Sampling Dark Knight with the refined settings was astounding, then Spider-Man 3 in SDR and HDR further proved the value of calibration. Money well spent and I have no reservations recommending Vincent and HDTVTest. Thanks guys.”

“A big thank you to Vincent for calibrating my lg oled e6 tv the results are fantastic. The colours really stand out but still look natural, the clarity and detail are incredible I am more than delighted with the stunning picture. If you have just bought a new 4k tv I would definitely recommend getting it professionally calibrated, the results more than justify the cost. Thanks again ian”

“I enjoyed sitting in on the calibration and learning why the picture wasn't right. After watching a variety of things over the weekend I have to say I'm delighted with the picture. Skin tones look completely natural but the vivid colours are all there, something I had never been able to achieve. As you know I was concerned that the picture via Sky didn't look as good as it had on the Sony but that is not the case now and the 'lines' I had mentioned have vanished and the picture is now fantastic. NFL games were a challenge because I either had washed out colours or an unrealistic bright green pitch but now I have both the vibrant colours of the kits and the natural green of the pitch. 4K HDR blu-ray is simply breathtaking. The brightness and extra colour is clear to see and the picture draws you into the screen such is the depth of the image. I now see no real need for 3D! I have stood less than a foot away from the screen with a friend and challenged him to find a fault but he could not, the picture was crisp and clean. Thanks for an excellent job.!”

“Money well spent. The picture is remarkably improved. My original unscientific efforts were wholeheartedly superseded by the HDTV Test engineer. The biggest improvements are in depth of images and colour balance. Thank you.”

“Vincent did a First Class 5* A1 job on my 55E6 TV, HDR is at last looking as it should and HD & SD have never looked better. If you are thinking about getting your TV calibrated do it Vincent will get the best from it. Money well spent 5/3/17 UPDATE - The picture on our TV is still OUTSTANDING Vincent really does know his stuff”

“Well chaps it's now been just over 8 days since Vincent came to calibrate my Panasonic 65 DX902B and the results are amazing. Any body that doubt's the results is really missing out big time in getting the best from their new 4K TV. The difference even in "Off Air 1080i" broadcasts are noticeable but when the daylight fades and you start on your Blu Ray and 4K discs then your jaw will drop with the details it brings out in the pictures ! Vincent was very professional and takes a lot of pride from his job and guides you through all the things he was doing and explains his steps clearly. Overall extremely pleased with the calibration service and would recommend Vincent's services to anyone wanting to squeeze every last detail from their TV's.”

“I am very impressed with the picture after calibration of my Panasonic 58dx902. Vincent was polite, courteous and really took the time to explain to me what he was doing at each stage of the calibration process. He also took the time to go over motion settings with me, which has had a positive impact on my regular sports viewing! I'm pleased to now be fully set up for HDR viewing too, which looks spectacular. I now have a natural, detailed image and know I'm getting the very best out of my TV. I can highly recommend Vincent for your calibration needs!”
