Vincent was on time and kept me informed about his arrival as he was doing other customers tv,s in the area, we had a short discussion about my viewing arrangement that I normally watch tv in, weather I had main lighting on in room or watched in reduced lighting in room. Once he had set up his equipment we spoke about what adjustments that I may have made to the settings and what I felt was lacking in the picture Vincent then started to adjust the picture using a software program on his laptop all the time explaining and showing me what he was doing . He was constantly going back and forwards between his adjusted picture and the original settings that I had, once all the adjustments had been put in we sat and watched a blue ray and compared the original settings and his calibrated ones. I contacted Vincent a while back as I knew I could get a far better picture than I was currently watching I'm more than pleased with the results the blacks are far better and have more detail in them colours are great I use my Apple TV for most of my movies which are only in 1080hd quality but the picture is far far better now. I think Im currently getting the best picture possible with the tv that I have which is a edge lit led type I can recommend getting your tv calibrated and would say Vincent does a very good job...
