“Great service from Ben and the team throughout the selection and buying process of my new wedding ring (having accidently lost the old one!). Choice of materials and designs better than anything else I could find and good value for money. The Sample service also worked really well to help me decide the best ring and size, with helpful advice along the way. Samples were delivered quickly and the final ring production was also on time. Overall very happy and would definately recommend.”

“The website is easy to interact with, there is a lot of options and details you can work with. The sample service is so good, there’s no leap of faith you can see and feel exactly what you will be getting and it helped me make decisions and changes to my order I would not have otherwise known I needed CUSTOMER SERVICE. I corresponded with Ben both on when ordering the samples and placing my order. His communication is second to none, it was so fast and so helpful, I can’t speak higher of him. This is best vendor I’ve dealt with in the whole wedding planning process. The whole time I was waiting for the other shoe to drop, this service can’t be this good. It is, if you buy from here you won’t regret it.”

I was nervous buying online as I was concerned about getting the correct size, but a sample was sent out…and then another, which saved the day otherwise I would have the wrong size going by what size I thought we needed. “The buying process was honestly so easy. Ben was really helpful, answered all our questions & queries before I even put the order in. He kept us up to date with the delivery times, sent out ring sizers in the meantime to confirm the correct sizing. The rings arrived in a nice box and they fit perfectly. They look awesome, as good as on the pictures. Would recommend buying from here! Thanks for everything.”

“Great communication from Ben. I was immediately sent some stainless steel rings in the same width and ring size as the two rings that I ordered. After trying those on, I adjusted the ring size of my order and the change was handled without a problem. The rings I received are excellent quality and a perfect fit thanks to the great service.”
