I would give zero star if I could. Visited harrow branch what a joke!!! Guy was not in the slightest interested other then me taking a brochure & price list… he wouldn’t commit to a summerhouse been done in 5 weeks as soon as I left I dumped the brochure place for it! Don’t waste your money guys

Through Harrow fencing bought garden house from A&J settlements and the experience of instalment was harrowing. With Incomplete as well broken parts they installed the shed of 3000 pound. Not at all helpful. Absolutely terrible experience.

After four months waiting they finally did my fences. The work was okay but When they finished, on the way out of my house they messed up the slabs on my gangway and driveway quite badly, pouring concrete on the slabs. I emailed and called them number of times and send them pictures of the mes they have made, requesting them to clean it. They send somebody on a rainy day but as concrete stains cannot be seen when wet he could not see it. No matter how hard I tried with the guy showing the pictures and explaining why he could not see them at that moment he did not listen. I beg him to come back that afternoon when the rain had stopped but he didn't accept continued to repeat the same thing and ignored the pictures: I can't see anything right now! I was so upset that someone who called himself the best fencer and bricklayer in the UK(!) Didn't know that concrete stain on slabs cannot be seen if it’s wet. He called his boss and said he didn't see anything wrong. I called back send pictures again they ignored me. I beg them to send somebody to see the slabs on a dry day but I was ignored. The only thing they said was go and complain to the ombudsman. If you don't pay we take down the fences! Now we have to have it professionally cleaned ourselves. Very unprofessional. Also, I paid over £3000 for my fences and they neither give me a receipt for my payment or a warranty. Unreal.

Such rude staff in the Hillingdon branch i was recommended Harrow fencing by a friend as the price was very reasonable compared to other places and was directed to the Hillingdon branch such a bad experience. I wanted to order fence and all the materials to go with it they sent be a list of items I needed, The price was over £1000 so was not a small amount. I then called up to place the order and was told to call back the following Tuesday. When I called back then they said to call back on the following Monday the person over the phone was so rude to my wife it was actually disgusting very rude service. when I emailed them that same day to enquire what was going on the email I got back was in capital letters again very rude reply (sounded like the same person) I would not recommend dealing with these people absolutely disgusting service. I ended up paying that little bit more and to be treated with a bit of respect I ended up going to B &Q. Yes I paid £200 more but a least got treated with respect. You really need to give customer service training to all your staff that work there and they need to learn how to respond to customers in a polite manner. I definitely will not be recommending Harrow fencing very rude staff. Who ever we was dealing with should be gone!!

Can't belive it when we came here. The first time we walked in we waited for nearly thirty minutes to speak to someone to be told to wait as he had to do something else and walked off. After trying to get through on the phone for nearly an hour to be told they had all what we needed and to then be told they cant deliver next day as it says on their website we hired a man with a van that has now cost money to be told when we arive they are shutting the gates because of a delivery and will have to wait 45 minutes. This has now put the cost of the van up as he has to wait around and make our job cost even more.

Office was totally useless in giving size and price of timber capping for close boarded fencing. Told price was £2.42 a length but did not know if that was 6 or 10 foot long, Told section size was standard size, then told 50mm wide and depth not very much. not very useful to explain to client !!!

Provided me a quote but still waiting to hear back when work can be done. Can’t get through on phone and don’t respond to e mails. Having been a customer for many years I am very disappointed.

A guy from the company came round to quote for a new side gate. He sent a quote a few days later saying they could install in about six week’s times. It is now eight weeks and I have emailed and left two messages as their ansaphone is always on, asking when the work will be done. Nobody has had the courtesy to get back to me with an update. I presume they are not interested in their customers and will find another firm who are.

On your website is says that you are open untill 4pm on Saturdays When I arrived at your depot at 3pm you were closed Kindly update your website so customers do not waste their valuble time Thanks

I telephoned as I wanted some new fencing. Before I even asked for someone to come and quote for us I was told ‘we are busy ring back end June’ phone was then hung up. I phoned a charming supplier on check a trader.

I asked them to give a quote to replace my existing gates and fences, Mr Jamie Stuart attended the site did the survey and i explained to him what need to be done and he give me few suggestion and i agreed. Two days later i received the letter from him and its says they are unable to provide quote this time and no reason in the letter. i called him and he said he dont want to do the job and asked me find some other company, because of my demand. its not true, i asked him few ideas and if not possible why he didnt explained to me in first place and suggest me what possible. i am very disappoint with the service.
