“Staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly, our Daughters all shop here for their children’s clothes and shoes, the outfits are lovely, well made and the Grandchildren look so smart but stylish in their new clothes, love this shop.”

“I wanted to do a review on a shop that’s well and truly deserved, I’m from Scotland so it’s sometimes hard to find really lovely clothes at affordable prices and at first I thought is it to good to be true but they proved me wrong!!! 8 stunning outfits you’d think were designer the quality the comfort my daughter was absolutely over the moon, now for the packaging it was delivered and wrapped to perfect and came in a luxurious box my daughter couldn’t believe it was all for her toys really put a smile on her face she can’t wait to wear them all on holiday ❤️❤️❤️ and I can’t wait to order more ❤️❤️❤️”

“Will never use this company again. Received one of the ‘real baby’ dolls and it did look lovely however when pressing its stomach the sound it made would be enough to terrify any small child and was not baby like at all. Think adult creepy cackle instead. Returned the item to the company requesting a refund. They have returned it back rejecting a refund as a small piece of elastic that was around the baby to hold part of it in the box is missing. We returned it the day after we received it, it was returned in the same condition as we received it. If anything it has come back to us in a worse state as now the box is all bent and damaged. Not worth the risk with this company if you want to return an item you’re not happy with. Avoid.”

I understand your frustration but the doll was cut out of the box from all of its packaging if you did not like the doll as it states on our terms and conditions do not remove the items from its original packaging the doll can be viewed and the tummy can be pressed to hear its sound without cutting it out of its display box and packaging, the doll was not in resalable in the condition you returned it in. “First time using as I stumbled across this business online. I’m amazed ! Ordered yesterday (Saturday) it’s been delivered on a Sunday which I didn’t expect at all. Delivery was packaged lovely & the quality of clothing is amazing. Will absolutely order again & pop to store to also look :) Thank you so much.”

“Visited the shop today to exchange some bits that were too small for my daughter. I've never been to the store before as it's a little out of the way for me so normally shop lots on there website - but thought it would be easier to exchange in store to swap some bits over. Was really pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the shop was. The two women who was behind the till area was really lovely, friendly and helpful and made me feel really welcome - some smaller shops can sometimes make you feel a little awkward/uncomfortable but not the slightest bit here for me. I exchanged everything I needed after having a little browse around the shop (love how everything is colour coordinated) Have shopped here for years for my two children and will continue too. All of their stuff is lovely and such great quality and prices. Thank you ladies for a great first time in store shopping experience :)”
