“Will never use this company again. Received one of the ‘real baby’ dolls and it did look lovely however when pressing its stomach the sound it made would be enough to terrify any small child and was not baby like at all. Think adult creepy cackle instead. Returned the item to the company requesting a refund. They have returned it back rejecting a refund as a small piece of elastic that was around the baby to hold part of it in the box is missing. We returned it the day after we received it, it was returned in the same condition as we received it. If anything it has come back to us in a worse state as now the box is all bent and damaged. Not worth the risk with this company if you want to return an item you’re not happy with. Avoid.”

“I ordered all of the monkey dolls for my baby cousin Christmas because they are so generous I gave her one early I just want to say what an amazing service Harris kids give they are so polite over the phone and delivery service is excellent excellent excellent excellent 👌”

“First time using as I stumbled across this business online. I’m amazed ! Ordered yesterday (Saturday) it’s been delivered on a Sunday which I didn’t expect at all. Delivery was packaged lovely & the quality of clothing is amazing. Will absolutely order again & pop to store to also look :) Thank you so much.”

“Visited the shop today to exchange some bits that were too small for my daughter. I've never been to the store before as it's a little out of the way for me so normally shop lots on there website - but thought it would be easier to exchange in store to swap some bits over. Was really pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the shop was. The two women who was behind the till area was really lovely, friendly and helpful and made me feel really welcome - some smaller shops can sometimes make you feel a little awkward/uncomfortable but not the slightest bit here for me. I exchanged everything I needed after having a little browse around the shop (love how everything is colour coordinated) Have shopped here for years for my two children and will continue too. All of their stuff is lovely and such great quality and prices. Thank you ladies for a great first time in store shopping experience :)”

“Would never use this company again purchased several clothing items for my 2 year old one of the jackets hasn’t been worn and is faulty having co tacked then I’m told they will repair it absolute shambles very unprofessional company stay well away”

“Absolutely love this shop!!,The clothes and shoes are of a great unique quality and have shopped here for my girls for many years now. The staff here always go above and beyond to help and nothing is ever to much bother for them, their customer service is second to none and they always listen to what the customers want and need and I will continue to shop here for many years to come!”

“I was very disappointed that I paid £12 for Saturday delivery but my order only arrived on the following Monday. I was further disappointed that I did not receive a response from Harris Kids when I enquired about the delay. The shoes were very good but the rating is based on the customer service.”
