“Would never use this company again purchased several clothing items for my 2 year old one of the jackets hasn’t been worn and is faulty having co tacked then I’m told they will repair it absolute shambles very unprofessional company stay well away”

“I was very disappointed that I paid £12 for Saturday delivery but my order only arrived on the following Monday. I was further disappointed that I did not receive a response from Harris Kids when I enquired about the delay. The shoes were very good but the rating is based on the customer service.”

“These shoes which I ordered on line for the return of school. So I paid for delivery also. Now I will have to drive for a return . So it’s cost my tge price as the shoes ect not happy ! As it’s simple look at the shoe make sure both same size and not gales or faults in the shoes .”

“Firstly, the shoes arrived 3 days later than expected. Not only that, when we returned the shoes, we were only refunded the actual cost of the shoes and not the cost of delivery. We received no reply to emails which we sent. When we finally got through on the phone, we were wrongly told, that because we had paid for a more expensive delivery, we would not be refunded even the basic cost of delivery. When we informed them that this is against the Consumer Contracts Regulation, they just said that they were very busy and that they would get back to us, taking our details. They never did get back to us.”

“I ordered victoria rose gold shoes and I wore them for the 1st time on the 19th May and the insoles in the shoes came out. And the front of the shoes are starting to rip also. I am very disappointed that i only i got to wear them once what a waste of money !!!!”
