“I've been very impressed with the products and customer service recently. I asked questions about the poles and got a very prompt response. They were helpful and suggestive and this helped me to purchase my first poles. I'm also impressed that there is a dedicated Facebook page. The only thing i'm upset about is the fact I cant afford to purchase everything straight away. I'm now saving for the waist bag, jacket and trousers.”

“I’m very surprised from the quality of these , the vest is awesome.. very comfortable no bounce, lots of pockets secured by zips..reflective “labels” at the back.. I’m pleased that I’ve picked this one. The socks also very comfortable just the right high to protect my achilles.. not to mention the colours. And finally the packaging is really quality too.. I’ll definitely come back and will shop again. Thank you .”

“Quality of materials and design of my running jacket terrific and great value compared to mainstream brands. Good protection and freedom of movement out on the trails as well as looking the part. Chosen size didn't fit on over the hips but the return and replacement was quick, easy and great customer service.”

“I ordered the Lomond and Exmoor jackets online as a late Christmas present for myself, they were on offer which was great as I could buy both for cheaper than one RAB jacket which I was replacing. On receipt I was disappointed they were a little small fitting so I returned for a Medium size which was sorted quickly and easily. I’m really pleased with the jackets, I have worn the Lomond twice, once on its own for a walk in really cold weather - I was nice and warm even though the jacket is really lightweight. The next time I wore it as an under layer with a Dry Robe over and I was toasty warm! I haven’t tried the exmoor yet but look forward to running in it soon.”

“I have ordered several trail running items from harrier over the last couple off years. The last being the helvellyn poles. Everything I have purchased off them has been of excellent quality. Customer service is excellent and everything was delivered on time. I would recommend them highly to anyone.”

“I need of a waterproof running jacket (not shower proof) for longer runs. After a bit of research, positive reviews and reasonable price I opted for the Harrier Exmoor. Being in between medium and large I ordered both to try on, returning the Medium. Very impressed with the returns process, just follow in instructions on the website. The jacket is better than expected, well designed with some great features. I love the way it can be used around my waist and packed into a pocket. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a new waterproof jacket regardless of thier budget.”

“I first purchased the Helvellyn Pro Carbon Z Poles for my wife on the recommendation of a friend. My wife too has been really impressed with the design and quality of the product so I decided to get some for myself. Unfortunately I initially chose the wrong size and I would recommend properly measuring up rather than just going off your height. However, there was absolutely no problem in exchanging them and the returns service from Harrier was exemplary. A great product from a great company.”
