“I have recently moved from road running to trail. I bought the trail bundle which was excellent value. The waterproofs are awesome and had their fair share of testing with the UK’s December / January weather! Pack fits perfectly I forget I’m even wearing it and having the first aid kit & heat blanket just gives me piece of mind if I fall over etc I can’t recommend this brand enough - you bc an feel virtuous supporting a UK business and it’s incredible value given the quality! (Please make waterproof gloves next as they were the only thing I bought elsewhere)”

“Ordered the wrong size, very quick to exchange with no added cost. Tried the poles at the weekend, superb. Would recommend both the poles and the company. Independent companies should be supported especially when their service and equipment is excellent. Would recommend.”

“I ordered a jacket as a gift. Unfortunately I needed to exchange the size. I used the postal service, who delivered label and collected garment. As soon as Harriet received the jacket they mailed a replacement . Excellent service. Thank you”

“I purchased two pairs of Helvellyn Pro Carbon poles but had to exchange them has they weren't the right size for us. The returns process was simple and very efficient. The whole exchange took around a week. Excellent service👍”
