“Customer service was great - prompt, helpful replies to queries about returns and availability of other sizes / product lines. Exmoor 2.5l jacket seems good quality and is great so far, but only had out on 2 runs. Lost a star due to repeated delays in receiving the pre-ordered item, although communication aroubd the delays werw good which were due to external factors.”

“I lost one of my elastic pole holders from my hydration vest. Harrier replaced this straight away for me even over Christmas to. Most impressed with the service I have received and will definitely go back for new equipment when I need it”

“I'm fairly new to Harrier but I have to say I'm impressed with both the quality of the kit and the customer service. I had an issue with my jacket and they sorted it out so quickly. My partner has used the jacket in downpours and says it really is fully waterproof. I have my eye on a few more bits for this year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harrier to my friends.”

“Have recently purchased the man’s and women’s export 2.5l waterproof jacket we have found them to be an excellent addition to our running clothing. For our first time in wearing them it was a bitterly cold day with a slight wind but we found the jackets kept us warm in these conditions. The jackets have 2 side pockets which are a decent size that you can fit your hands in, also you can store hat, gloves, phone, and gels in a secure zip for when your running When running in the jackets everything seems quite with no friction noises which you can get with other jackets The price may seem a bit high for a running jacket but what you are getting is a jacket that should be a lot more expensive for what it does. in my opinion it it is money well spent and would recommend these jackets to any runner who want a jacket that is light in weight, keeps out the cold when running, has decent size pockets and a hood that fits and doesn’t flap around when running. And above all is waterproof when out running for a long time. Would give this jacket 10 out of 10.”
