“Birthday present for grandson was delayed by several weeks, and the date got later and later. However Kate did keep me informed about where the jacket was and when the jacket might arrive. It arrived I think on the 16/12. I haven't seen it but our grandson liked it so that was ok. If I had known it was going to be so Kate I probably would not have ordered it.”

“Waited a while for their new jacket but it didn’t meet the waterproofing grade they’d originally given to it so it was replaced with another one and I was reimbursed the difference , definitely sounds like Harrier had been let down by their manufacturer, I found Harrier very open & honest with good communication”
