“The product is great I did order a large size- I always do as I have quite broad shoulders. So was disappointed when I received a medium size. I noticed below that your size 14 is classified as a medium.I do just fit in it so didnt bother sending it back.”

“I can't fault Harrier's customer service and the quality of the product, however, i had to return the hydration vest as the pockets were far too small for my phone (Google Pixel 7 Pro). I would consider this a normal size phone these days so was surprised the dedicated phone pocket was so small. I understand new designs are currently being looked at to overcome this problem. I tried the other pockets but my phone didn't feel secure enough in them and I was worried it would potentially come out as a ran.”

“I ordered the men's small jacket as all the ladies jacket's were sold out. Looked like a lovely jacket too. Unfortunately the men's was too big up top and too small around the hips. I would suggest carrying a larger stock as I know a lot of people have been disappointed by not being able to buy a jacket. The jacket I received was returned and has been refunded.”

“Excellent customer service, I phoned for advice regarding sizing of the Curbar vest after placing my order, there was no hassle to change. The Curbar vest fits well, lots of pockets with zips. Unfortunately there are a few weaknesses, my phone (Huawei P20 pro) does not fit in the intended phone pocket, material is not very breathable so get quite hot & lastly where I've inserted the harrier hydration flasks the stitching is starting to wear after a few times which is disappointing. Flasks are good, easy to use.”

“Some of the stuff from harrier has been good and others not so great! The poles have already bend the the pin that pops out to lock the poles in place keeps getting stuck and did when i first opened them out. The pants are great the jacket is fantastic. The race vest i am disapointed about due to the zip going after just over a year of using it. Bags for me are not something i tend to replace regulary and try to keep them for as long as possible.”

“Was bought the 10l vest & poles for Xmas which have been absolutely brilliant and for my first set of poles I couldn’t of asked for anything better. As for the 500ml hydration bottles with extended straws ; they are awful. Actually strain my throat trying to get the water out of them as don’t flow easy at all. I would return but since they have been used I won’t be able to; so will have somehow make the ones I have work , which are from another brand. Apart from the bottle issues ; it seems a very good UK brand and will certainly look into potentially buying other products when filling up my kit list for my upcoming Ultras this year.”

“Great service and details, however as much as I liked all the design considerations of the hydration vest I just don’t fit the mould! The XXS was the perfect fit around the bust but too short up the back and tight around the arm sockets. Also not enough room in the zip pocket to fit a phone in. The XS sat well but couldn’t pull tight enough so felt overly loose. I have however kept the lovely soft bottles and straws as they are ace.”

“It took a week for delivery of goods. Yes there was a one day postal strike but I still expected a shorter delay for a 48 hour tracked delivery”

“Had a problem with leaky bottles. I contacted company by email with pics and was immediately sent replacement straws. Before arrival I was able to determine that the bottles were the problem by using another bottle. Contacted company on 19th Aug with this info. They confirmed a faulty batch on 22nd and advised what replacements were available and I chose. Its now 26th, two more emails sent and no response. I've started the returns process instead.”

“The bag seems of really good quality but the sizes are all over the place had to exchange one of the bags and still haven't received it yet so can't say much about it as I was still not able to use it. Two weeks after first ordering it”

“To start clear, I returned the jacket I bought. The purchase and the return were smooth, the quality of the product was clearly good. My problem was that the cut of the jacket wasnt for me. The length of the sleeves and few other areas were weird which I link to be a new company with not much experience on that matter? I really hope they can keep growing as company, I will keep checking out their products for sure!”
