Had a problem with leaky bottles. I contacted company by email with pics and was immediately sent replacement straws. Before arrival I was able to determine that the bottles were the problem by using another bottle. Contacted company on 19th Aug with this info. They confirmed a faulty batch on 22nd and advised what replacements were available and I chose. Its now 26th, two more emails sent and no response. I've started the returns process instead.
