“Kate was entertaining children on Super Hero party for my 4 year old son. She was dressed like a Spider Girl and all kids loved her. They followed all her games and tricks for two hours without break.”

“My daughter had fun on her 7th birthday. Thank you for entertaining her and the kids. They enjoyed all the activities you prepared for the party. I heard good feedback from the parents as well. Will definitely recommend your team to a friend.”

“The entertainer was very good, however I paid for 2 entertainers ... The other person was called the assistant and didn't really do anything...I assumed if one was making balloons etc, the other would be entertaining etc, but it seems that the assistant couldn't really partake apart from standing with the entertainer...had I realised the limited use of the other entertainer I would not have bothered with 2 people.”

Dear Kathryn, Thank you for the feedback. I have tried to call you today twice and have left a message just to discuss so if you do have time, please do feel free to call back at any convenient time. I'm so sorry to hear you didn't feel the assistant played an integral role in the party. We haven't had this feedback before from other assistants so I'm really disappointed to hear it. We always strive for a 5 star customer experience, but we always take customer feedback very seriously and are willing to learn moving forward if we fall short of that.
