“My handles arrived promptly , packaged well and I was pleased with the quality. I miscalculated how many handles I needed so phoned up customer service to order two more. Customer service were very helpful, and I received my additional handles the very next day. I would recommend this company to any one looking to replace or up date their handles .”

“The door knobs are acceptably handsome, but the backing dummy spindles don't locate to the screw holes in the porcelain baseplates or fit into the recess so the assembly stands proud of the woodwork and the porcelain baseplate is a bit loose.”

HI Nicholas, Thank you for your feedback, i have checked and the taylor spindle information provided on the product page does state that they do need to be 'let in' to the door so that the round base is flush with the surface of the door - this way the knob roses will sit flush onto the surface of the door. I trust that you will be able to arrange this so that your knobs will look and feel correct. Hi Ray, thank you for your review, i have checked the system and you placed two separate orders which were delivered to you at separate times, owing to you not ordering enough of the product. To be fair we haven't overcharged you at all, these are simply two separate orders. If you do need any further orders please be assured that you only get one shipping charge per order, and it's free if you are over £75.
