“Terrible service!!! Handle returned as it was a slightly unusual size and couldn't get a lock to fit. When handle was returned I was told that there would be no refund as the generic brown cardboard box had, apparently, been defaced, because Royal Mail had put stickers on it. Also, that the cheap, bubble wrap inside had been slightly torn. I would not recommend this company for customer services. Better customer service at certain cheap low cost Irish airline that have blue on the sides and a gold angel harp. Go elsewhere for your handles.”

“I was able to speak to knowledgeable people as soon as I phoned up. I was refunded postage on the first handle I ordered as a sample when I went on to order more items, this was unasked for and a lovely gesture.. The handles were received swiftly which was appreciated. I plan on ordering more items soon!”
