“If you do not look closely you can miss that door knobs are sold as a pair. The picture only shows one, so I ordered two - and ended up with two pairs. I did not need to click on the description so I never saw the notice that they come as a pair. A flat 60 ponds for international postage (over 1kg) seems a bit excessive; it should be charged at cost. In terms of service I was completely satisfied - spoiled by the points above. If you improve your website and postage procedures you should get consistently high ratings.”

“Delivery was prompt. And the quality of the handles are excellent. Which means nothing unless I tell you specifically. ....The spring action is very smooth and the chrome finish on the handles are very solid feels nice and price is very good for what it is. And the size just right not small and not too big. I am very happy. And I would buy again from. I had 10 doors to finish up . So saved some money and the got excellent product. Thanks.”

“Excellent service. My order was acknowledged immediately and I received a text with the delivery date and options for delivery. I received a further text on the day of delivery detailing the delivery time slot and again offering options for alternative drop points if I was not going to be in. I sent a reply advising where to leave parcel if I was out and received an immediate reply confirming my instructions. I had the option to track my parcel as well. The ceramic door handles I ordered arrived safely and were of very good quality. I am very impressed with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Handles4Homes Limited.”

“Delivery was as per expected - good. The pot handles were pleasing aesthetically - good. However, the spindle was loose; one 'grub' screw was missing; and it was difficult to secure the handles as a result. Now fitted and very pleased with the impression.”

“There is a huge choice of door furniture and associated equipment, (latches, locks, hinges etc); available at handles4homes ltd. I wanted quality tubular latches and ball race hinges and I can say I am delighted with what I have received. (Three doors hung so far, out of seven, two in new casings one in an existing casing, Last four in existing casings, unfortunately!). There are all types of handles from perhaps a tenner to how much!! After a quick scroll through the pages of choices one lever handle on a rose backplate really appealed. (Italian styled Sorrento Capri). The price was very near the tenner end of the range but the quality of the handles out of the box is fantastic. You could pay twice as much as this at B and Q for something half as good selected from a not very extensive range. Handles4homes ltd website was fine and delivery was exactly as they said it would be. I would definitely recommend this company both for the product choice offered and the customer service.”
