Thank you for your review. As discussed with you at length, the Excel brand has recently been acquired by the ASSA/Union group, and the packaging has subsequently changed which is out of our control. This is something you could have checked with directly with the manufacturers, also as discussed. “I ordered 2 handle sets and 3 mortice latches , when the items were received 1 mortice latch was missing, I emailed handles4homes and hey responded immediately and put the missing mortice latch in the post, I received this 2 days later.
