“I ordered 2 window catches which were shown as available on the website, however, a few days after ordering I received an email apologising that the items were not available. My money was refunded straight away which was good. I ordered 2 other catches which again were shown as available but again the same thing happened. They did again refund my money but I would have preferred the goods.”

Hi Philip, Thank you for your review, we do appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately some of our suppliers are having issues with stock availability at the moment and this has become a nationwide issue on certain product ranges. Stocks do come through but can be out of stock again in a matter of days. The Carlisle Brass stays and fasteners that you ordered were in fact quarantined by them due to quality issues, but they will hopefully get these products re-supplied over the next month or so.
