“The order couldn't have been any easier. They even came back to advise on the VAT removal ( Jersey is vat free ) and sent a credit to suit. Highly recommend them and will be using them again”

“I bought some handles off handles4homes and on the first handle I tried to fit, 3 screws snapped in the door despite drilling pilot holes. Now I have an issue where I need to try and remove them from my door with no idea how to. From reading reviews, I'm not the only person that this has happened to. When I asked how to fix, the response was late, unreturned calls and then pretty much I was told to just deal with it. Although they're cheap, it might be worth looking elsewhere to find somewhere with better quality. You'll pay less for the handles from them but might end up paying much more in tools / better screws or worse still, replacement doors. I wish I'd gone to someone else and never ordered off them.”

“The delivery was fine but it's not just about delivery, the product is the problem - not good. Two of the screws for the handles broke while screwing them into the door. They are not what I would call "proper" metal it just looks like metal but breaks. The result is that one screw is embedded in the door and head is broken off, another screw isn't properly screwed in. There were no spare screws. It's just another example of poor quality products made in developing countries, sadly it's typical of the majority of products we have to buy these days. Anyway, I know that you will not look at this review or ever put it on your website so this is just a waste of my time really... No point in uploading a photo is there?”

“I’ve bought from them before which is why I didn’t hesitate to buy from them again. They are so much cheaper than the high street (Screwfix) - especially for items away from the lower end of the budget. Everything was well packaged and delivered in only a couple of days. Would definitely recommend.”
