“FAO/Adam Copsey.Hi Adam,the handle order my wife selected was done and delivered very quickly.We had 1 set of handles sent which were the wrong colour(bathroom lock type jv283).My daughter Alicia has been dealing with the error with a lad from your Company.It seems to be dragging on a bit.I wonder if you could look into it,as we need to get a joiner booked to fit them.Much appreciated.Regards Denis Green.”

Hello Jane, Thank you for your review. Have to admit we are a little confused, after checking the history of the tracking with DPD, your order stated ' call if not in on delivery' - our carrier DPD provide a predict service which gives the customer a warning email /text the night before, then another update on the morning of delivery?....you signed for the parcel the next day at 3.30... Please let me know if this is incorrect, Thank you Adam Handles4homes
