“I ordered one door handle as a test before ordering another twelve which I required to renew all the handles in my house. Regrettably, the photograph of the handle on your internet site bore little resemblance to the physical product. I returned the handle that I bought and received a refund, less postage. It may pay to offer a number of views of your products online.”
