“I ordered a series of kitchen handles and knobs from Handles4Homes, they were the cheapest for the same product compared to a number of competitors. The items arrived promptly, however there was a discrepancy in the model of items delivered. When I emailed to explain the situation, the team were extremely apologetic and resolved the issue within a few days, having a courier collection of the incorrect items the following day and the delivery of the correct items the day after that. Mistakes happen and it's great to see when a company works hard to fix them.”

“The hinges were the right reference number, but the design was changed a year ago, therefore they didn't match the holes in my door frame. I found a firm that knew about this change, and had old stock. If a design is changed the reference number should also be altered.”

“Bought the polished chrome slam catch to replace a broken brass one that was probably 60 years old. Solid build and well made. Very handy that the dimensions pretty much matched the dimensions of the old one. Also handy that screws were provided. Delivery was prompt and well packaged.”

“All good, bought the chrome carlisle brass victorian handles. These are the strong brass rather than cheap alloy handles which are much stronger and better made. Also bought the matching privacy handle for the bathroom. Quick delivery, no issues. Raised a query before purchase, which was quickly answered. Look great and feel like they won't fall apart within 6 months.”

“Needed a couple of Letter Plate with spring closure to replace an old Carlisle Brass M36S. I could not find on on Carlisle's web site but did manage to on the Handles4Homes site. Ordered two to future proof. Communication via email was excellent as was fast delivery. Very Satisified!”
