“Fantastic handles. A little bit fiddly to get the through bolts in but worth it because the handles stay fixed together well. Overall though a nice comfortable handle and great service from Handles4Home”

“The Carlise Victorian handles are good but unfortunately they’ve changed the screws since the last ones I purchased from them, for inferior ones that make the product unfit for purpose and more trouble than they are worth, without buying better quality screws with a deeper slot from another source. Carlise never got back to me about this failing despite promises to do so. However the team at Handles4 Home did, and sent me another packet of alternative screws that did the job. So thank you to them. If you want these handles to match previous ones you may have, make sure you obtain better screws before starting the job. The slot is to shallow and sheers off, leaving the handle half on or off and impossible to remove without careful use of pliers if it hasn’t been driven in beyond the point of no return. It’s a real shame Carlisle have cut corners on what is otherwise a good handle.”

“I was delivered a faulty product tried to return it but was unable to until I did all these things they suggested. I try to fix it. After doing everything they said they cut contact off from me and I'm unable to return the product and get a refund. Do not fall for this scam company.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although we are a little disappointed by this and feel your comments are slightly unfair. We have kept in good contact with you since you raised the issue and have even arranged for a replacement pair of handles to be sent to you directly from the manufacturer, as per our last email sent to you on Tuesday, 15/10. Kind Regards, Handles4Homes

“What a great company! Quality products & superb customer service. I ordered the wrong item (my fault) and there was no problem with speaking to "a real person" and arranging an exchange. They're quite local to me so I picked up the item from their very impressive showroom. Wish I was buying handles, hinges etc on a more eregular basis!”
