“I bought a pair of polished nickel cupboard knobs. Unfortunately they were too small for my bathroom vanity unit so I had to return them. Getting through the website is not easy especially regarding returns. I tried to email returns@handles4homes but it bounced back saying that it was not possible to deliver. Handles for Homes should update their website.”

“Considering the great variety of handle systems that they must have to deal with I found it remarkably easy to track down my handle from the website pictures. Again the help I got over the phone when selecting the correct mortice/snip for the doors was first class. I did have to pay treble postage for the 3 handles that I got. It doubled the bill for them from about £21 for the handles to an extra of about £21 postage making about £42 in all. If I had ordered the handle purchase by phone the postage might possibly have been only about £7. The three mortices' postage was reasonable though.”
