“The handles i received was good quality. Locking mechanism rod which i had to cut to the correct length would of been easy if it had groves in for different sizes. Other wise no problem to fit.”

“I ordered a series of kitchen handles and knobs from Handles4Homes, they were the cheapest for the same product compared to a number of competitors. The items arrived promptly, however there was a discrepancy in the model of items delivered. When I emailed to explain the situation, the team were extremely apologetic and resolved the issue within a few days, having a courier collection of the incorrect items the following day and the delivery of the correct items the day after that. Mistakes happen and it's great to see when a company works hard to fix them.”

“The hinges were the right reference number, but the design was changed a year ago, therefore they didn't match the holes in my door frame. I found a firm that knew about this change, and had old stock. If a design is changed the reference number should also be altered.”
