“We bought both door handles and door knobs. There's a fantastic range on the website. The handles are knobs are really good quality and we got them at a fraction of the price that we saw equivalents for in a high street shop. “Whilst delivery of products ordered was good I am not so happy with your approach to returns which is positively non user friendly. Why can you not, like most mail order deliveries, provide a simple form for us as customers to process and send with our returns or exchange. I cannot exchange my door handles for a different type so will definitely wait until I have received my refund before ordering anything else from you.”
