“Unfortunately the handles were not the right side and I found the return system very difficult filling out forms on line plus I don't have a printer. If I had realised how difficult returns were I wouldn't have ordered them. I am now stuck with an unwanted order.”

Hi Patricia, Sorry to hear that you had trouble with the returns procedure. Most returns going back to any company, would need a printer to complete the procedure (labels/returns notes etc), so we don't feel our return process is particularly difficult. “Really good price, really good product. Needed to replace handles on my larder cupboard and found some excellent solid brass knobs and handles on H4H. Arrived on time and I had all 6 fitted in 20mins, Perfect, and they look great. Needed to ask a couple of questions because I'd been let down by a previous purchase I had returned and they replied very quickly.”
