“Ordered items, stated would take 2 -5 days to be delivered. I had to chase to find out what was happening with order. Told it would be Wednesday. Wednesday arrived I contacted again told not arrived, would be Friday. Took 10 days to deliver. I had to do all the chasing.”

“very easy to order from and we got a 5% discount at the check out they were top quality items and packed very very well for delivery ,delivery also arrived within 2 days will deferentially use you again in the future, many thanks handles 4 Holmes.”

“A customer asked me to replace a door latch, this site was the only place across the country where I could get a match. Delivery was spot on , latch was spot on but lose one star just because delivery charge meant paying double for a small item. Will use handles4homes again though.”

“Only ordered because the item was in stock. Got an email not in stock, did offer an unsuitable alternative but no refund. Ordered on the 22nd Jan, delivery date sometime after 11th Feb. I run a website and always take any out of stock items off the website to prevent this happening - taking money then not delivering. - it's almost fraud. If you don't have the item don't take the money. In this instance I'm willing to wait for 20 days because it's only a few pounds.”

Hi Andrew, Thank you for your review. We are sorry about the stock issue with your 2no mirror pulls, we state that our delivery on this product is 2-5 working days and they would normally be despatched within 24 hours - however the manufacturers had run out of stock hence the email. We do carry large stocks of products, but unfortunately owing to the sheer volume of products available on our website, we do from time to time get caught out by suppliers suddenly being out of stock on certain items. A full refund was and is always available to you, but as you have agreed, we will send the item when it arrives. Best Regards Adam Handles 4 Homes Ltd

“Needed to replace the last front door handle because it broke in my hand. The one I got from handles4homes is a much, much better quality handle. I mentioned I needed it ASAP and so it was sent first class, arriving the next day. Delighted with both the quality of the handle and the service.”

“Apart from sending the wrong item which when I rang and told them they said the would send the right item the next day plus also a stamped addressed jiffy bag so I could send the wrong item back . Package arrived next day with the item but no jiffy bag. I sent an email saying there was no jiffy bag . A few days later a package arrived and it was another of the item I had ordered previously but no jiffy bag! So I await to see what happens next”

“Originally ordered one set of handles and a latch to see what they were like, I managed to order the wrong size, but not only was this sorted for me but advice given on a better and cheaper product. I have since ordered seven handle and latch sets, these were delivered within a week and I was kept up to date with texts and e-mails on despatch and delivery dates. Well done Handles for homes, I will use you again.”
