“Disappointed as website suggests product is available and delivery is within a few days. Then told that actually is on back order and isn’t expected for over a month. Meanwhile credit card has been debited. Site should obviously advise that product is not available.”

“I ordered replacement door knobs for all of our internal doors which arrived quickly and well packaged. One of the door knobs had deep indentations and scratches caused by how the screws had been placed inside the individual packaging by the factory/manufacturer. I emailed Handles4Homes who responded quickly and courteously even though they were clearly not to blame. A replacement door knob was dispatched immediately and arrived within 2 days. Flawless customer service even if something does go wrong so I'll definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.”
