I never received my order and emails were not answered. I was sent an email saying that I would receive another email confirming when my order was shipped and that email never came. I cannot recommend this seller.

We have not received any emails from you and the dispatch notification email, which contained the tracking number was emailed to the email address you provided on 12 July 2024. This morning we've received your package back from our postie marked 'Incomplete address'. We posted to the address you provided but clearly, the postal service in Qatar don't recognise the address. Your order is being refunded today.

Placed an order and after 4 days RM tracking said still waiting to receive item, contacted Guy's to enquire and 6 days later just get an automated refund response.

Customer emailed on 24 February at 11:40am to advise of potential missing sack within Royal Mail. Emailed again today, 2 March at 09:28am to advise that the sack of post is still missing and that now Royal Mail's 10 days have elapsed, it is considered lost. Since we don't have stock of the item to replace, we further advised that we were issuing a full refund and cancelling the order.

Customer service is unprofessional. When I asked what happened to the return of the products I sent, I received a reply from dyrector, that I had sent the return to the old address and that the company is able to recover parcels wrongly sent to the old address. It was over two weeks ago (and the return package was shipped over a month ago), there has been silence since then - no information, no refund. The old return address is still on the website. It turns out that as long as everything is fine with the order, the service works flawlessly - as soon as there are problems with returns - trouble begins. If the company does not want returns, it is enough to mark it on the website and not to mislead customers and then ignore them.

The postal redirection ended last week and we have not received the package at the new address nor at the old address, which we still have access to. We cannot issue a refund for a return that we have not received. From the buyer's review, we assume that they didn't send it by a tracked postal method and, therefore, we presume the package is still somewhere within Royal Mail. Should it ever be delivered, we will, of course, issue an appropriate refund, however, without the return, we are unable to take any further action.

As a result of poor packaging the magnets arrived broken. I was only offered a partial refund which is not satisfactory as I cannot replace the broken magnets for that. I have sent a number of emails which have been ignored. I have tried yo ise the online contact page but that doesn't work. I would like a full refund as I have now had to source magnets elsewhere.

We did respond to you. You had 1 damaged out of a pack of 10 and received, therefore, a 1/10th refund. I'm sorry you're not happy but you still have 9 perfectly working magnets.

The magnets were not strong enough to hold the weight it claimed to. The adhesive was also of poor quality.

The magnets were fully tested on our steel filing cabinet in our office using a variety of weights to obtain the absolutely maximum they would hold in direct contact with the steel. The description also makes it quite clear that their intended use is for lightweight fridge magnets and nothing else. We also clearly state that the adhesive is ONLY good for paper and card and that additional adhesive will be required for any other surface. We are somewhat disappointed that you have chosen no to contact us to resolve the issues you have with the disks, had you done so, we would have offered you the option to return any unused disks for a pro-rata refund. We would like to formally make this offer to you now, though, please return any unused disks and we're more than happy to organise the refund.

These magnets were not worth purchasing at all, the magnets are extremely weak and could not even pick up a paper clip.

Thank you for your review. As discussed on the telephone, you purchased 16 pole radially magnetised rings which are intended to measure the speed of rotation of a spindle within a motor, they were not intended for making a fishing game for children. The magnetic strips are hardly magnetic at all. I tried putting metal in them and it was just dropping off and they hardly had any weight at all. Not great magnets.

Flexible magnetic strip is usually used for lightweight fridge magnets and it sounds like it wasn't up to the job you wanted it to do.
