“Ordered was shipped promptly but was missing things, took few days to receive a response (using the web portal and an email) but eventually was asked for evidence ( wanted a picture of the invoice and the magnets which was fair enough but also packaging which i felt was a bit extreme) after a fews days i received another response and received my missing magnets a few days later. Overall mistakes happen and they sorted it but felt communication could have been better.”

There was a technical issue with the website between 15 December 2021 and 12 January 2022 where not every customer received a copy invoice but everyone, as far as we can tell, did receive an order acknowledgement. This fault appears to have further affected dispatch notification emails. We apologise, this should all now be fixed.

“It's really good, and very affordable! The only peeve I have with it, is the expense of a trackable package. Other than that, the magnets are great, the price is great and it got in the mail within a week internationally!”

I've just checked and can see you opted for Standard International Airmail to Sweden at £2.25. This is not a tracked service. We only charge what Royal Mail charges us for postage and International Tracked, Signed or Tracked & Signed services are not cheap in the UK, starting at £8.00 for a large letter sized package. I'm sorry the prices are too high but we have no control over Royal Mail nor their pricing structure.

“I recently purchased some very small magnets and when the parcel arrived all that was in it was a liquorice button no magnets I did get in touch I don't think they believed me and unless the magnets are so small they cannot be seen with the naked eye they were not there, However the company did refund my money but I would have liked the magnets. Everything went smoothly. Thank you Yvonne”

“Ordered 10 and got 11 magnets as one was broken. Good and strong though so not really a prob. Prompt service but a bit creeped out by the liquorice sweet that was included 😂”

“The product itself is fantastic - exactly what I wanted for an excellent price. The royal mail tracked delivery option, however, was substandard. Overall, a good experience once the product finally arrived.”

I'm really sorry, we don't run Royal Mail and have no control over their service. There was a next working day delivery option provided at the point of checkout but you chose the free Royal Mail Tracked 48® service.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders of less than £3.00 including VAT from our website and, therefore, in order to give you some value for money, we set the minimum order quantity to as close to that £3.00 as possible. This does mean that, occasionally, our customers have to buy slightly more than they wanted.
