“Placed order for advertised silver bangle and paid to complete the transaction. Received an automated type reply to say the item was not in stock. This was after a couple of days. Although a refund was given this was very disappointing. Please don't advertise items if they are not in stock.”

“I purchased a folli follie bracelet from guest and philips . The bracelet was received the very next day and was beautifully gift wrapped, I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend. PS: I did order other items direct from follie follie it took 2 weeks to receive them and their gift wrap was a follie collie paper bag!”
