Down To Earth is a multi-disciplined company offering specialist arboricultural contracting and consultancy throughout Kent and South East London.

Established in 1980 by Glenn Morris, and as one of the pioneering companies helping to establish the Arboricultural Association approved contractor scheme, we’ve grown into the largest tree contracting company in Kent securing an impressive array of clients in both the domestic and commercial sectors.

The successful merger with Greencut Horticulture in 2016 resulted in the creation of a large company that not only has the infrastructure to deal with any size job, but the modern back office systems that allow us to focus on a customer-centric model.

“Glenn Morris of DTE Trees successfully obtained permission to fell a tree subject to a TPO, located in Bromley. The cheerful and helpful lumberjacks did an efficient and safe job and left everything tidy. They are highly recommended.”

“The two guys worked solidly throughout the day and did a terrific job leaving the place clean and tidy afterwards and all for a great price. They were both very polite and friendly and were great ambassadors for the company. I would certainly recommend them in future.”

“I found all the staff helpful and knowledgeable.Our tree was made safe and the area around the tree was cleared of all debris.The cost was very reasonable too. I will definitely use them again .”

“2 large beech trees in neighbouring gardens had fallen in storms. We have a very large mature beech tree in our garden, so we needed to be reassured that it was safe and sound. Down To Earth carried out a ground and aerial survey of the tree and produced a very professional report that has provided us with that reassurance.”

“The company was very responsive in dealing with a fallen tree at my property which had fallen across the highway and crushed my car. They got a crew out as soon as possible and removed the tree by midday.”

“Absolutely brilliant job! They were very friendly and real experts in cutting back the trees with the minimum of fuss. Also they cleared up so well there was not one leaf or twig left on the ground. Would definitely recommend Down to Earth!”
