“I had a never ending white fly problem in my tunnel and green house and your bio product fixed it . I will be using your bio product again next year, Not cheap but compared with the cost of replacement plants, with the white fly still there it is the answer.”

Thanks for the message and sorry that the treatment is not working for you. The nematodes work by killing the eggs and larvae and work as an irritant to the adult ants, so once you apply it you may see an increase in activity in the short term as they "move away". Try and keep the area moist and make sure that the nests are thoroughly soaked so the nematodes can soak in the nest. I see you have now applied the 2nd or 3 treatments are the results from the next application any more encouraging? Would it be OK to ring you to see if I can help further? “It was o.k. But with the last order I included a rose for my watering can with larger holes to accommodate the nematodes. Firstly it did not fit any f the three cans that I have, and it turns out was very expensive compared to what is available quite widely. I rang to complain, the complaint was dealt with very competently and a return label supplied, I sent it back that day but despite emailing you I have still not had a credit on my debit card.”

“Throughout the 'summer' I have purchased various items from GG including ladybirds, ladybird larvae and slug nematodes and all have been excellent arriving quickly and the only occasion one delivery of ladybirds had a high number of non moving I e-mailed Jonathon and a replacement batch was sent very quickly. I have also contacted them on occasions with problems which have been answered quickly. If Jonathon doesn't have the answer then he says so but will offer suggestions! I have always had total satisfaction from Green Gardener which is one reason I keep going back. Add the fact the that the stuff invariably works without having to worry about harming our 2 cats and I can harvest very quickly after any of the treatments and I'm hooked. I would recommend to any gardener who is trying to help nature without harming the environment. My grand children also enjoy helping especially with the creepy crawlies whether it's ladybirds, larvae or lacewing.”

“I ordered ladybirds with some trepidation as to how they would travel and arrive safely - no need for worry. They arrived well packaged and with full instructions. They have worked well on the greenfly on fruit trees and roses and to our joy - remain in the garden.”
