“Ordering and delivery was achieved with no problems. Unfortunately bathe quality of the bee hotel left a lot to be desired. The item has obviously been made as cheaply as possible in China and quality control is lacking with both sides having significant splits in the wood.”

“I bought NEMASLUG for the slugs and snails. I have seen a dramatic decline in the number of both. My Hostas may have a chance to be hole free soon! Deliver was delayedm but considering the current COVID-19 pandemic that is very understandable.”

“At some point in the summer we get some kind of pest - usually greenfly. And rather than spray them with yuck I get some ladybirds and some larvae from Green Gardener and they sort it out pretty quickly!”

“The first batch of ladybirds I received arrived late and were all dead except 1, but that was a shipping issue rather than any fault of Green Gardener. I contacted them by phone to let them know what happened, and they offered either a refund or a replacement batch of ladybirds. I accepted more ladybirds and thankfully they arrived the next day and it was wonderful to release them in the garden. Excellent customer service and have used them again since.”
