“Products arrived quickly. Happy with the seaweed fertiliser bit not the nematodes... they don’t seem to be very effective”

“I ordered ladybirds and they came very quickly. The ladybirds quickly disappeared from sight once I released them into the plants and very quickly so did the dreaded greenfly I ordered them for. Great price and great results. A downside was three ladybirds died en route but it was very warm outside. RIP.”

“Ladybirds through the post? Yep. But what a difference these little ninjas have made to our trees, it's amazing. Quietly munching on the black fly, not causing any fuss, great! No chemicals on the garden so everyone's a winner.”

“Stock a good range of products which support organic & sustainable gardening as well a a good delivery service. Personally I still check that I'm happy with the listed ingredients of products before purchasing. Did ask a question abou ingredients & didn't get a reply, but that could be down tothe disruption of covid-19 (so I didn't purchase the product in question.”

“I ordered some ladybirds as a birthday present for my sister. They arrived very promptly and looked to be in good condition, none of them appeared to be stressed by their journey. The instructions received with them were very clear. My sister was delighted!”

“Please be wary advice given is not always reliable. I asked advice on a suitable product for a plant problem a couple of months ago, when the product did not work after using it a number of times. I was informed it was for a preventative measure. Not even an offer of a refund! I wished I had originally emailed them as I would have had proof.”

“Products are great and seem to work well. Ladybird larvae munching woolly aphids as I write. Sadly snails didn't read the instructions about not liking copper tape!”

“Thank you for the Bug Blaster. I have used it almost daily on 3 peach tree fans in a greenhouse. I think this has rescued the trees from a bad spidermite infestation this year. I appreciated the detailed instructions that came with the Box Tree Moth traps, and one moth was caught so far.”
