“I was always extremely satisfied with your service BEFORE you adopted the new increased technological approach. It was a quick conversation with the product arriving within a couple of days- never any problem. Now although we have more information ( although it’s not information that we need) the delivery was protracted ,so no advantage as far as I can see to the customer, so I hope that there’s some benefit to you. However no doubt time will tell if this is something that is any advantage to us both.”

“Excellent service and products; speedy delivery. Only criticism, plastic bottle of produce were unnecessarily wrapped in plastic bags, even though dispatched in a cardboard box. Not what I expect of a 'green' company. No need for plastic bags!”

“The bee house is nice and compact and fits in to a small space well which is ideal for us who have a small garden. The product arrived on time and looks good. It is too early in the season to know how well it will be received but fingers crossed. I was disappointed however that VAT was not deducted as we do not pay that tax in the island I live, but that is not going to be a cause for concern for anyone living on the UK mainland.”

“Site has a good selection. I purchased a bee house which came quickly. The finish on this was a little lack luster & I spent about 1/2h with some sandpaper to smooth all the tunnels so the bees don't damage their wings.”

“After timing the delivery of Leatherjacket nematodes with expected rainfall the delivery date was spot on. The instructions were easy to follow and now I must wait until next Spring to see the results. Fingers crossed.”
