“There could be a little more selection I’ve asked for a couple of things and had to go elsewhere And maybe list the bugs by what preventive or cure they for”

“I recently bought ladybird larvae, the first package arrived with all-live larvae but far fewer than ordered. A phone call to Customer Service met with very pleasant and accommodating staff and a second batch was sent - issue immediately resolved very satisfactorily. I will use Green gardener again.”

“BUTTERFLY FEEDER. Product arrived very quickly and a short fall in the order was sorted out promptly. I have set up the feeder and hope that the sunny weather will bring lots of butterflies to my garden.”

“Stock a good range of products which support organic & sustainable gardening as well a a good delivery service. Personally I still check that I'm happy with the listed ingredients of products before purchasing. Did ask a question abou ingredients & didn't get a reply, but that could be down tothe disruption of covid-19 (so I didn't purchase the product in question.”

“I have ordered some ladybugs larvae and adult ladybugs for a huge aphids infestation bin my garden. Now my veg are growing again. There are few aphids here and there but hen there is the ladybugs :-) I really recommend this. I have also purchased some copper rings to keep snails and slugs at bay and those have been a bit of disappointment unfortunately. I have resorted to "feed them" potatoes and carrots peels and the situation has improved, so copper rings plus feeding the slugs what they like works out a treat. Overall I am pleased with their service and products.”

“The products seem to be good - though I can't tell the long term impact of the products on plant health yet, but they are easy to use and seem good quality. Everything arrived promptly. My only challenge is the amount of plastic in the packaging.”

“My 1st lot of live ladybirds this year a few were dead on arrival but the rest were fine and got to work on eating all the aphids on my clematis. Then I ordered a 2nd lot of ladybird larvae which were great and have been eating through black fly on my Philadelphus. Great to be able to utilise nature and a chemical free way of the battle against the aphids!”

“Ladybugs arrived after long wait for delivery date. Half were immobile, looked dead as smaller in size from active ones. Would not recommend this purchase method ... quicker delivery needed. Would not buy again. Supplying such eco bugs requires huge degree of trust & mine is broken now! Refund needed please?”

“Quick delivery and as described. The ladybird larvae were well packed and the addition of little bags to distribute them was very helpful. We'll have to see how well they chomp our invasion of aphids!”

“My order of nematodes arrived very quickly but sadly the rose spray for the watering can fitted none of my 3 cans. There was no problem in returning it. Am now hoping the slugs don’t return.”
