“The products I ordered arrived in only a few days and were carefully packaged in a recyclable bag. The incorrect moth traps were sent but quickly replaced with no extra delivery cost to me. I am confident that the Nemasys Vine Weevil products will be delivered correctly at the beginning of April and September.”

Thanks for the message and as detailed on the website, this product is available from the end of March onwards as it needs a soil temp of at least 12c and it is too cold at the moment. Your order is due to be posted w/c 27/03 (2 weeks time) by which time it should have warmed up and the product will work. I hope this explains why you have not received it yet. “The Nemaslugs are described as having a new, easy-mix formulation which is not true. The current mix does not mix into water, no matter how vigorously it is stirred and it is not possible to use any form of watering rose. The only possible way of getting it onto the garden is to pour it directly from the watering can, thereby distributing it poorly and wasting a large proportion of it. This is exactly what happened last year, and so I do not know how this year's version can be described as having a new formulation..”

“Excellent customer service - queries sent by email answered within a hour or two. Easy to use website. Delivery as advised. only small point - the bags the spring fertiliser came in are a bit thin and could tear during transit - not a bbig deal but maybe consider different packaging? Have used green gardner a number of times and always good (old fashioned) service. thank you!”
